Crunchyroll audio issues background

When I'm watch certain shows it has some unusual background audio, help.

We understand that you're experiencing an audio issue with the Crunchyroll app on your Roku, and we'd like to investigate the issue closely. 

May we know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? If you haven't tried any, you may try the following steps below.

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

Please let us know more about...

  • When did you start noticing the issue?
  • Are the audio issues happening on all contents inside the channel or only to specific content?
  • Do you have any speakers (third-party or Roku branded) that are attached to your TV? 
  • Did you receive any recent updates? If so, kindly provide the latest software version of your Roku. 
  • Kindly supply us with a short video of the incident. 

With all these extra details, we'll be able to proceed with further review.
