Make sure your Roku player is connected directly to the TV. If it is connected to an audio/video receiver (AVR) or soundbar, disconnect it and connect it directly to the TV. This will remove any issue with the AVR or soundbar and make it easier to troubleshoot the problem.
First, ensure the TV is turned on and press a button on the Roku remote control to ensure the device is not in standby or screensaver mode.

I have a streaming stick that has been working then overnight it stopped. Roku bounces then goes to - no signal.
