Solving playback issues

I think Roku and tennis Channel are aware BUT NOTHING BEING DONE!!! I called tennis channel they were clueless or said its not compatible, WHO WITH ROKU on my Sony TV..... Tennis channel seems to have no answers and could care less. Roku no help either.... Im Sure they all know.. Never heard anything back from tennis channel after I told them I dropped them... Its Roku platform that I get the APP from..SOMETHING SMELLS HERE!!!  Good luck

We recommend you contact the Tennis channel provider directly as they control and develop their app through the Roku streaming platform.

That does not help anyone.  It’s in Roku app. Perhaps tennis channel not compatible on Roku apps.  It’s through the Roku that tennis channel app is loaded. Tennis channel guy mumbled not compatable. I gave up with them after many conversations. They don’t care. I am getting it another way it works fine. Paying more but not worth the cluelessness of everyone involved. Roku and tennis channel not compatible  it’s through Roku we get the app I would think they and tennis channel know what’s going on. Does Roku get some money from it! Perhaps that’s why they do not care... Good luck!

what troubleshooting was suggested?  I don't see any solutions in your post.  Still experiencing issues now watching Indian Wells.  So frustrating to pay for service and it is unwatchable.

The only fix is to get it through a streaming service.. Perhaps it's a setup via tennis channel and Roku and streaming apps?? Got me. Tennis channel did not care they mumbled not compatible. There is something fishy here? Plus never heard a work back... If you add on tennis channel using a streaming service it costs more!! So perhaps tennis channel made a deal to rip people off purposely.. Im sure Roku knows whats going on... Tennis channel by itself is  9.99. Where as on streaming its more as an ad on.ITS FISHY...I never heard another word from tennis channel NOR ROKU!!!

Why is this still an issue Roku? It was awful watching the Indian Wells Tournament and now the Miami open. It is ONLY for the TC broadcast feed, if you watch the other feeds they are fine with the audio/picture syncing.

Additionally, this is a Roku issue because we do not have this issue on our non-Roku smart TVs.

Roku and tennis channel are keeping mum on this!!! They both know but could care less about their customers. Wish there was a higher up that we could file a complaint to..it smells!!!!
