Does the issue occur with all TV shows and content played on the Tennis app? Have you checked the network connection of the Roku device?

Its just the Tennis channel app on Roku on all of my TVS.. All other apps no problem.. I have three Rokus... I think the best bet is for Roku to reach out to them and see what they say.. its your platform the tennis app is on . I am getting it now through my streaming serviceWITH NO PROBLEMS. But have to pay more $$. Tennis channel refuses to elaborate and they seem a bit clueless... I give up.
This problem has been going on for at least a year....MANY people have tried to fix....clearly neither Roku nor the Tennis Channel are able/willing to do so (and what's not clear is which one of those two parties could do so). This appears to be a lost cause....either stream directly or don't rely on the Roku for Tennis Channel. The Tennis Channel station seems to be operating on a VERY low budget with no capabilities to serve customers!

You work with these « guys » at the Tennis channel, right? You know them. I don’t. Please get together with them and solve this problem.
Maybe it is their opinion that this is your problem.
This problem is not new. It’s been going on for over a year.
Please, the 2 of you (Tennis Channel + Roku) put your heads together, act nice toward each other, discuss the issue, and solve it.
Alternatively remove Tennis Channel from Roku because it is malfunctioning.
Ok, i will entertain this discussion to see if Roku or TC will do anything to resolve the serious issue.

I'm having the same problem. I just subscribed for the year two days ago and regret it. Tennis Channel support have not responded to my inquiry about this. I'm going to ask for a refund and follow up, here.
We all need to contact perhaps the state in ct and consumer protection!!! Since tennis channel refuses to let us know the problem and all they do tennis channel is takeour money. Something is very wrong here. Tennis channel does not care. Has Roku talked to them???????
Those of us affected might be able to join an Action. I've attempted to escalate the issue with TC's tech support which appears to be third-party. I've also inquired at support@tennischannel.com.
