I bought the Roku Indoor Camera SE in US and I live in Brazil. I’m trying to download the Roku Smart Home app in order to start using it, but it says that this app is not available in my region so I cannot use it.
when I bought the camera I wasn’t informed that I wouldn’t be able to use it in a different country. Also there’s no information about it in the product box. I’m really upset with this issue…
