Hi @Hmbeck,

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

We understand that you are having trouble connecting your Roku Outdoor Camera base station to the Internet. No worries, we're here to assist you.

Before we proceed, we would like to know what is the status light of the base station once the ethernet cord is removed.

In the meantime recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Make sure the app and Roku Base Station firmware are up to date.
  2. Reboot your router and modem by unplugging them for 10 seconds and plugging them back in.
  3. Delete the device and set it back up as new.
  4. If the issue persists, you have to contact your internet service provider (ISP) for further troubleshooting for your router and modem.

We hope these troubleshooting steps help you to resolve your concern. Please keep us posted.

Regards,
Riamie
