Well Roku has done it again! After months of dealing with Code 45 issues, I am now facing another dead-end challenge. One of my 3 indoor cameras will not proceed past the setup page showing I HEARD "READY TO CONNECT". The app simply will NOT generate or populate the check box allowing setup to proceed to the next step (scan QR code). I have uninstalled the app and removed the device nearly a dozen times and still stuck with the same UNACCEPTABLE result. I pay for subscription service and Roku is not honoring their end of the contract. Essentially, you have been stealing my hard earned money! If your troubleshooting advice/response is the same generic Autobot enabled rhetoric about uninstalling/reinstalling app, then don't waste any more of my time with that offensive, distasteful childlike response. Your camera video and audio quality is superb, but operating system & customer service is absolute garbage!!! Sincerely, "Robbed By Roku"
