I just installed the Roku Mobile App and logged in and then as soon as I opened the Smart Home app, it automatically logged me in, and allowed me access to everything. Thank you very much.
So all I did was uninstall and reinstall my Roku Smart Home app. I relogged back in and it fixed itself. And if you don't remember your password, use the internet either on your computer or smartphone and click the forgot password button. After you've changed your password wait about 15-30min for your password to update on the Roku servers. Then log back into the Roku Smart Home app and you should be as good as gold.
I just had this same issue. I was able to fix it by resetting the password for the account, logging out and then back in. Seemed to fix the issue. I have access to all the devices.
