We'll be more than happy to assist you further with this issue that you had with the Roku camera app on your TV. Please try to update the Roku camera app on your TV by pressing the star button on your Roku remote, selecting check for updates, and hitting OK on the Roku remote.
If the problem still persists, you may try to remove and re-add the Roku camera app.
