Smart home app

I bought the Roku wire free video doorbell and chime in US and we live in Mexico. We are trying to download the Roku Smart Home app in order to start using it, but it says that this app is not available in Mexico so I cannot use it. 
please help / any advice ?

Note: The Roku Smart Home mobile app is only available in English in the United States.
