I factory reset my device and now it’s stuck on a blank screen after notifying me it’s unable to update. what do i do

Firstly, may we know why you performed a factory reset? Also, what specific Roku player are you referring to?
Moreover, do you mean a completely blank screen or can you still see the side menu options? With this being said, can you please provide us with a photo so we can assess your concern better?

i preformed the factory reset bc my wifi was not working. i’m in college and i need a mac Id to register my device for the internet. i thought the reset would help but it didn’t. it is completely black screen with roku tv at the top. no menu or anything. it keeps trying to update the system but the error 003 pops up because i have no internet. then that’s when the black screen appears and i’m not able to add the internet. i tried unplugging my tv, i tried resetting it with the button on the tv and nothing is working.
@RokuCarly also it’s a westinghouse roku tv. i’m not sure if that matters
