Streaming Stick 4k - Hangs on Bouncing Logo Screen

Hi everyone,

After having not used my Roku Streaming Stick 4K 3820X2 for a few months following light usage, I have now found that it has now become stuck on the bouncing logo screen. It is the same issue as described by user Roberto54 here https://community.roku.com/t5/Roku-setup/Streaming-Stick-4k-Stuck-on-Bouncing-Logo/td-p/931158. I've also tried the following solutions:

1) Power cycled the Roku Streaming Stick for varying lengths of time.

2) Factory reset by holding the physical button on the stick.

Both options led to the same thing - getting stuck on the bouncing logo as if I'm setting it up again for the first time. I cannot access any settings from within the Roku application as I'm not able to get past the bouncing logo. It simply bounces until my TV shows there is no signal.

Does any know how to resolve this issue? I purchased the stick in Australia and live in Australia. Cheers, and thanks for your help.

How are you powering it?  If you're using the TV's USB port, try the supplied power adapter.  If you're already doing that, try one from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp.
