Hi @Kingdom,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you for reaching out about this issue with your Roku device. We're here to help.

If you haven't done any troubleshooting here's what you can do.

  • Try the different HDMI ports available on the TV.
  • If you're powering this device directly to the TV, we would recommend powering it directly to a wall outlet and seeing if that makes a difference.

If the problem persists, we would suggest factory resetting the device. You can refer to our support page here to proceed: How to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device.

Let us know how things turn out.

Did you ever get your Roku to work or just keep getting the run around?

@KingdomWhen you say no signal, are you referring to the WiFi connection? If so, its possible that channel congestion is the problem. A good way to find out is by installing WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone. Tap the app and it will show you how many others are using the same channel, then log into the router and switch to one that's less congested. WiFi Analyzer has a feature that gives each channel number a rating in stars, so pick the one with the most. Depending upon your home environment, the 2.4 gHz band is stronger than the 5 gHz where walls are concerned..If you switch to it, choose channels 1, 6 or 11.. With 5gHz band choose the one with least congestion
