@epomroy, the model number of your Express would help. If it's one that didn't come with a power adapter make sure the one you're using is up to the task. Many TV USB ports don't supply enough power. Try one from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp (e.g., Output: 5V 1A).
