I’ve had the stick for about a year. It’s plugged into a Ponybro HDMI switcher. I’ve tried to move it to a different input on the switcher, but it still turned itself off when the telly is off. I have other sticks in that switcher such as Amazon and Peacock, but they’re not giving me any problems. The Ponybro is plugged into a Furman Powerstrip. I am no more than 20 ft from wifi.
Hi @Suprememouser,
Thank you for keeping us posted here in the Roku Community!
We understand you're having a problem with your Roku streaming stick. We're happy to assist you further. If you plugged your Roku player into a Ponybro HDMI switcher, check for a low-power signal on your Roku. If you see a red flashing light or a low-power warning on your TV screen, use the power adapter to plug the device into a wall outlet instead.
If the problem still persists, please keep us posted.
Best regards,
John
