Roku setup

Normally turning off my TV off and on again will bring up “do you want to exit?” 
I got a new Roku stick and it doesn’t work anymore and I’m stuck on the Roku screen.

Typically, you use the TV remote to switch to a different input – usually there is a button labeled “input” or “source” or something similar.
