Roku Express 4K+ TV screen suddenly displaying in black and white

I have a Roku Express 4K+ with a Sharp Aquos tv. It was originally showing in color but after a few days started showing in black & white.  So I returned the original Roku and bought a new one.  It has shown in black & white from the get go.  The other 3 Rokus that we have in the house are all showing in color, no problem, so it has to be that particular tv. How do I resolve this issue? 

Also, there is a movie that I watched in English, but when I tried to play it again for my sister to watch, it was in Spanish, even though I set my preferred language as English.  How do I resolve this issue?

    Have you tried different HDMI inputs on the TV?  Sometimes it's the TV that has to be "rebooted".  Unplug the power for several seconds.  Simply turning it off and on doesn't really accomplish anything.

    For the language issue, while the video is playing press * on your remote and check under the Accessibility options for a different audio track.  Depending on the app you're using, it may have language options that can be selected before you start the video.
