I can say that nothing I have tried has worked. This is really disappointing. I have spoken to several reps with no success.

I just purchased the Roku Express and tried all the options given here, I even went to exchange it for another one. The issue is the same one.
Having the same problem and I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. Nothing has worked.
I had a similar issue. Look to where the ports are in the back of the TV. If you have a LAN port, plug it directly into your router via Ethernet cable. The update will go through and then you'll have access to the settings menu to connect wirelessly. Hope that helps!!
