Set up new streaming stick

I switched my internet and all my Roku devices think I am at a hotel/college. I called the help desk for Roku and they tried to help me but no matter what we tried it would not recognize that I was at home. Any suggestions.

To learn more about what's going on here, could you tell us what the steps are to reproduce the issue? Have you tried hard resetting the device to see any differences?
