Contacted Roku chat. Had me re-set multiple times, use 2 different TV's and HDMI cables....still no luck. They said to send it back. The only reason I got this version was for the ethernet port but...awaiting a replacement. I do not want to change my email just for this....my Roku stick worked fine!!!!
