Roku setup not clicking on continue bar

Says updated to latest software but remote will not click on continue bar

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for reaching out.

A simple restart may help most at times, you can unplug the device from its power source and then try again to see if that helps. If the problem persists, you can perform a factory reset on the device to verify if this is a device issue.
