Re: Still does it time to time

Thanks for the update, @K_C1!

We understand that the issue you're experiencing with your Roku still hasn't been resolved. No worries; we're here to help.

For the update to be successful, your Roku device needs to have a reliable internet connection.

As you have mentioned that you encountered error 003 when updating, try the following fixes below to see if it'll do the trick:

  • Check your internet connection. Go to Settings > Network > Check connectionIf a stronger wireless signal is detected, you will see an on-screen message suggesting you connect to a recommended network. If the recommended network requires a different password, you will be prompted to enter one.
  • Reboot your Router. Simply unplug your router from the power source, then plug it back in after several seconds to restart your internet. Lastly;
  • Reboot your Roku device. Start by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart. This will clear the cache on your Roku TV.

In the meantime, you may visit this support article: How to fix Roku streaming device update problems.

The audio problems might be resolved if you receive the latest software update and successfully initiate it on your TV.

Please let us know if you need more help.

Best,
Emman
