Critical wifi/power cable for 4k streaming stick unavailable to purchase anywhere

Hi all,

I've misplaced the USB cable (WR002) that provides wifi to my 4K stick, and pretty unhappy with my interaction with customer service chat about it. This cable is theoretically available to buy on the Roku site, but is out of stock and likely has been/will be for a long time based on seeing other folks post about trying to find one.

Even though the device is completely unusable without this cable, support basically just told me tough luck, "If the accessories is available Kolin that will be posted only." and "We can not provide another one that can be purchase only on roku.com/products." which I can't quite parse.

This cable doesn't seem to be available to buy anywhere besides the Roku site itself, so there doesn't really seem to be another option besides buying an entirely new Roku, which seems silly.

Looking for any suggestions or assistance — thank you.

      Just to keep other users in the know, support reached out to me via PM to ask where I had bought my device originally, I replied promptly, and then they simply stopped responding.


      It’s been two weeks since. Feel like my best bet is to switch to Google /Amazon streaming hardware ecosystem.

  • i just found one on Amazon.  Roku customer service used to be good but now it's a complete joke.
