Roku setup

Will be watch a show and the sound just gets very vey loud all at once.  Have to go back to Roku menu and then select the channel again. Then its fine.

We want to help with the playback problem. Can you let us know if it's just one channel or multiple channels that are affected? Also, can you tell us how we can recreate the issue?

I will bump this topic.  We have three tvs with either Roku sticks or Ultra and this happens to all three.  Various channels.  Sound is fine and then holy **bleep**, it's at level 200 screaming.  Same thing as original poster.  We almost went to purchase new tv's, but decided to hold off thinking it had to be the Rokus.
