Roku Express+ no signal but shows up in HDMI list

I purchased this roku last week. I got it setup at a relatives house and now when i try turning it on at my house it doesn't show input, It shows up in my HDMI list with CEC. When I unplug it and plug it back in it turns on no image but it shows it has signal for a seconds then it shows no input and does it around 3 times. I'm using a SEIKI TV

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

    We want to investigate this issue that you had with the Roku Express+ further. How are you powering your Roku device? Is it directly plugged into a wall outlet or power strip?

    In the meantime, you may try using a different HDMI cable and ensuring it is firmly connected at both ends.
