We completely understand your concern about your Roku Ultra, which only displays a black screen after a factory reset. We're here to get this sorted out.
Here are a few things you can try:
- Try a different HDMI port. Check if there are any available HDMI ports at the back of the TV and connect your Roku Ultra to a different one to see if there are any changes.
- Try the device on a different TV. To isolate the issue, try the device on a different TV. If the issue continues to persist, the problem will be within the device. If not, it could be on the TV.
- Change your HDMI cable. The HDMI cable transmits audio and video from the device to your TV. Thus, changing it might fix the problem, as it could be the one causing it.
