Installing Roku Ultra. It choked on adding Channels (35 of 110). Turned TV off after 2 hours. Now a totally blank screen with “Roku” on top left and the time on the right, but nothing else. Home button doesn’t bring anything.

Thank you for raising your concern regarding the black screen with the Roku logo issues you have experienced with your Roku streaming device.
We are interested in learning more about your problem. Have you already tried checking to see if the power cord is securely plugged into the power source? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?
Meanwhile, we recommend restarting your device's system by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a power submenu, skip to the next step) to see if you are still experiencing the same issue.

I spent an hour with Roku chat support (before we got disconnected; probably my fault). Then I spent an hour with live support via phone. After setting and re-setting and moving to different wall outlets (just for fun) I was advised to return it. These gadgets are amazing but this is so tedious!!!
