How come so many people of having issues with their devices not working recently, including myself, but Roku continues to send the same generic response without considering their is a system issue on their end?
Roku has something like 80 million subscribers, so if 1% of those had a problem, that would be 800,000 people. I haven't noticed any specific massive problem at the moment. (Except for Tablo users.)
