Connect dvd with roku no tv input under settings

Trying to connect dvd player with Roku. Tells me to go to settings then look for TV Inputs. Not listed under settings. Where do I find this?

Only Roku TVs have "TV inputs" under settings.  If you have a Roku device you connect to a TV then it has nothing to do with connecting a DVD player.  Connect the DVD player to your TV.
