Buffering problems/ synch

My roku has recently started to have buffering problems after being on for a few minutes.  Voice doesn't synch. Connection to Google fiber shows excellent.  Restarted. Problem continues.  Time to buy a new roku?

Before we proceed, we would like to know if there have been any recent updates that might have caused the issue. Please let us know when the issue occurred and what troubleshooting steps have been taken. In the meantime, please try restarting your Roku device. Navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart.

Please note: Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable to avoid delays caused by fluctuations in speed or signal strength, even with fiber optics.

Mine are acting up today too 

Can't stream any live TV and the Roku connection is low, less than 1% download speed but all other electronics are connecting fine.
