Continued Netflix Playback Issues

Netflix Version 6.1 build 130096047

have followed all instructions from Roku moderators (deleting app, system restart, reinstall, update app,...) s netflix continues to not stream.  

any new thoughts from others?

Before we move forward, could you please clarify if the issue is occurring on only one channel? Have there been any recent updates that may have caused this issue? Are you receiving any error messages? When did the problem begin?
