The account I am having the issue with is my friend's Roku account.
Have not unlinked any old devices.
Just trying to add 3 new Roku sticks to his account.
Only the first one that I added is showing up.
Not sure what your current devices linked has to do with my issue?

Ok, so I gave it another try.
I think what was happening is that the email I was clicking on the wrong activation email message I was getting in Gmail. This time I made sure there were no activation email message in the Inbox, so I know I was clicking on the right activation email message.
As a result, I was able to add 4 additional Roku sticks to his account for when he returns to Washington State.
All is good. Thanks for everyone's help.
This forum software can list the Roku devices for the logged in account in the user's posts in the forum. That's why I was asking which account you were looking at -- the Roku account or the forum account. I then went on to give an example of how this forum listing cannot be trusted.
