Re: iOS App issues with keyboard

Hello! @Sandraw,

We're thrilled to have you with us here in the Roku Community!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help.

  • Where on the app does this occur?
  • If possible, video and/or picture of the issue:
  • Does signing out of the account and going back in fix it?

Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.

  1. Press Home home button on your Roku remote on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Software update
  5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

If there is new software available or there are updates for your apps, then your Roku device will download and install them automatically, and once completed, your device will reboot.

Please keep us posted on what you find out, and we will be happy to continue assisting you further. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Arjiemar
