Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If the issue persists, you may try signing in on another device.

On your mobile device, go to the Roku mobile app settings (storage and cache) and clear the cache. Then clear the data/storage cache. Then restart your mobile device, open the mobile app and try the credentials again.
