I am having the same issue. My app will not register any devices. Or shows the tv with a question mark over it and will not connect. 

I am on the same network for all devices, it starts working then randomly stops. Roku app and TV are up to date and have restarted several times. 

Everything used to work fine until the last few weeks.

I'm having the same issue. It shows up under devices but says it isn't connected to wifi even though it is. I've even went in and tried to manually connect and it says there's no device at the IP address.

We will be more than happy to assist you with your Roku mobile app issue. If you are unable to locate the surrounding devices, please manually connect them by using the instructions provided by @RokuERey. Please make sure you log in to your Roku mobile app and your Roku devices using the same Roku account and link both to the same network.

Hello! I tried to manually connect using the ip address and it's not working. I deleted the roku app and then reinstalled it and it's not showing the device at all

Welcome, and thanks for posting here in the Roku Community!

We're glad to assist you with your problem connecting your Roku mobile app to your Roku device. If your Roku device is missing from the discovery screen, check that your phone or tablet is configured properly. Your phone or tablet must also be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If you have an iPhone or iPad and it is running iOS 14 or higher, you must grant "Local Network" access to allow the Roku mobile app to see and connect with your Roku device. Your mobile device should not be connected to a VPN and you must confirm Wi-Fi access is enabled on your Roku device and verify your network is configured properly. Make sure USB is connected to outlet plug, not to the Roku stick.
