After reviewing the picture you sent, it appears the device cannot be found on the network. Could you confirm if it's connected to the same network as your Roku mobile app? This will enable you to locate your device successfully.

It’s finally working now but thanks for your help Anjelie.
I was instructed to unplug Roku tv for 60 seconds and my Router. Everything appears to working now! Good luck for the others that’s still dealing with this issue.
