I came here to read posts after facing the same issue. The “watch on mobile” option just was not available for most shows. After troubleshooting in every way noted, I observed that I was able to “watch on mobile” everything in my “continue watching on tv” section of app by touching ellipses under thumbnail, but this was not an option for anything in my “save list” nor anything else I searched.  To test this theory, I loaded content on my Roku device, started a show there, watched for 2 minutes or so, then returned to mobile app and viola I now see option to watch on mobile. Hope this helps others who may have issue!  Also maybe help Roku resolve issue!

Recent app does not allow watching on mobile device. Only plays thru ruko devices.

yesterday I was required to d/l lasted Ruko version11.2.0 which seems to be only a remote for tv’s. Cannot find an option to view on mobile device. iOS 17.6 iPad

My roku isn't even giving me the option of playing on mobile and yesterday I was watching coraline on my phone in the morning and now it says to freaking pay like what.

I stopped watching Roku when they removed the option of watching in a mobile devise. And I will not be buying any Roku  TV in the future. Bye Roku! Ain’t missed them a bit.

I can’t even watch Roku on my Samsung table. I used to watch it on my tablet not I can’t what happened

I’m quit myself when they stopped allowing mobile streamig and changed up one of my favorite live tv channels… see ya Roku…

Just experienced same issue with GBBO. Worked just fine until yesterday. Now it  (and other shows) won't load. Do not have Roku device, but have been watching on mobile for few months.

Thanks for informing us about the issue you're experiencing with your Roku Mobile app on your phone, which you're unable to load shows. We're here to assist you with your concerns.

Have you tried removing the app from your phone and then reinstalling it to see if that fixes the problem? Also, are you seeing any error messages on the app when trying to watch shows inside it?
