Android app fails to recognize all 3 Roku devices every day. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get the app to recognize the Roku devices.

Does it have something to do with IP address refresh on router or router compatibility? When over half of your domestic users are connecting with att/comcast integrated router you’d think they would have it dialed in
I worked with Xfinity for 2 hours on this issue - it's not the router, it's the app.
