Hello, @grizznulldy11.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Having to deal with this issue can be pretty frustrating and we completely understand that. We'd be more than willing to assist so we can have it sorted out.

Have you tried resetting the Network Connection on your Roku TV? If not, doing it will reset the internet connectivity of your Roku TV and you will have to connect it again to your network.

Here's how...

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select Advanced System Settings
  4. Select Network connection reset
  5. Select Reset connection

After the network reset is done, your Roku device will restart and you will need to return to the Settings menu and set up your wireless network again. After connecting to the internet, try connecting your Roku app again to see if the App can find your Roku TV.

You may also try connecting your Roku Mobile App manually. To do that, follow the steps below.

Locate the IP address of your Roku device by going to Settings > Network > About, and then use the steps below to connect manually.

  1. Launch the Roku mobile app
  2. Tap Devices

  3. Tap Get help?
  4. Select Connect manually
  5. Enter the IP address of your Roku device and tap CONNECT

For more troubleshooting steps, visit this support article: How to connect your phone to a Roku streaming device with the Roku mobile app.

Please let us know if this helps. We hope it’s back up and running soon!

Thanks,
Emman
