I have tried all kinds of things I have restarted it I have I have reset everything too yes they are on the same network I don't get what's wrong I I just can't find my Roku TV but three other Roku TVs that are not mine are popping up on my mobile on my Roku mobile app I want to know how can I fix this immediately I'm starting to regret getting this Roku TV please can somebody help me out with this situation immediately thank you

Have you tried resetting the Network Connection on your Roku TV? If not, doing it will reset the internet connectivity of your Roku TV and you will have to connect it again to your network.
Here's how...
After the network reset is done, your Roku device will restart and you will need to return to the Settings menu and set up your wireless network again. After connecting to the internet, try connecting your Roku app again to see if the App can find your Roku TV.
You may also try connecting your Roku Mobile App manually. To do that, follow the steps below.
Locate the IP address of your Roku device by going to Settings > Network > About, and then use the steps below to connect manually.
