Has anyone else had an issue with the Roku app disconnecting when you go out of the app and go back into it?
I can open the app, use it, go to a different app or just lock my phone and open it back up and my phone is disconnected from the tv app

@RokuEmmanuel-D Hey there. I logged out of my account on the app and logged back in and it continued to disconnect. I deleted then reinstalled the app and it worked for a minute, but when I open another app like tiktok or Facebook and go back to the Roku app, it disconnects again. my app is updated as well. It is also doing the same thing on my partner’s phone and he’s done all the steps as well

Connect to your Roku device manually
Locate the IP address of your Roku device by going to Settings > Network > About, and then use the steps below to connect manually.

@RokuEmmanuel-D Hey again! I manually connected my Roku device. However the issue is still active, when I get on TikTok and a few other apps my phone still disconnects. I repeatedly have to swipe out of the app and reopen it. I checked for updates on the App Store, but the Roku app is still up to date. Are there any other options?

Is this only happening on this mobile device? If so, have you tried installing the app on another device to see if the issue persists?
Furthermore, could you tell us on what mobile device is the Roku App installed?
