Regardless of your location, you can access The Roku Channel content using the Roku app on your mobile device. However, please note that this only pertains to the content that's available through The Roku Channel. If you're referring to the individual apps that you've installed on your Roku, such as Netflix, Hulu, and others, you'll need to use the corresponding app store on your mobile device to access them.
