I am listening to Roku using the headphones on the app and I notice after a while, the A/V goes out of sync. It is fine if I am not using my wireless headphones but when I use them, the sound goes out of sync. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hi @crazedvole,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We noticed in your post that the audio from your wireless headphones is out of sync when you use the Roku mobile app headphone mode. We would be glad to assist you with this issue.
We suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps below and let's see if it works for you:
If audio remains out of sync, repeat steps 1 through 5 above, and then select Advanced adjustment to access a slider bar you can use to fine-tune synchronization.

The audio delay correction works fine, when I manually do it. However, the app does not remember the manual setting and I must set it again every time I use the app.
Any way to get the app to retain the setting?
