Roku legacy products

I'm seeing a lot of device comparisons on YouTube and that the Roku Stick 4K+ seems a fairly new addition to the product line. Why does it not appear in the Roku store or anywhere else for that matter? I was hyped about this product as my new Roku update.

From what I can tell, The Roku Streaming Stick 4K+ (model 3821) was released in September 2021.

You can browse for available Roku products by signing in to your Roku account on our website. Look for the "Product" option on the upper right corner of the page. Furthermore, Roku products are also available via physical stores at Walmart, Best Buy, and Target.

@HDMIGuy No, I am in Canada. Is that why it's not found anywhere locally nor does it show up on the Roku store for me?

@RokuJanadeeK Do you know if this differs if you are from another country? In Canada 4K+ is not offered in those stores and for me it does not appear as an option in the Roku online store.

Please be advised that it might still not be available in your region on our website. You can check from time to time for its availability. In the meantime, you can try checking on local stores near you or even online stores that offer the Roku device that you want.

The Roku Stick 4k+ 3821 isn't available to anyone, even Roku owners in the US. It been discontinued. You can now buy the express 4k with voice pro remote.

At least someone knows what Roku is selling or not selling anymore.   I wish Roku would have stated this somewhere in there store?   I was needing to replace my old stick 4k+, but now I'll need to see what of the express or ultra models are equivalent.

For any Roku product availability inquiry, you may visit our website here. When looking for product availability, please consider changing the location, as this may differ by region and needs to be adjusted accordingly.

Steps:
1. Open any browser and type in roku.com.
2. Scroll down, and you will see an option to change your location.
3. Click it, and regions will populate on the screen.

After changing your location, you may look for the device you're looking for. For users outside the US region, you will have these options after clicking "buy now".
