For this I think you'd need to almost mimic a control room environment, and feed or loop videos into some sort of software and have it continuously connected to the streaming platform like Livestream. I'm not sure they can set playlists on their end, or if something can be coded but I don't think within the DP's ability. Something like a tricaster or server with all the files, then almost create daily playlists when not 'Live'.
