Is a deleted direct publisher channel gone forever, or can it be retrieved and converted to SDK?
Our Direct Publisher channel has been removed and is no longer available in our dashboard. Is there any way we can retrieve the old channel and make the conversion to SDK?

Roku has been sending emails and notices for quite a while regarding the removal of DP channels. I doubt very much if there's any way to retrieve a deleted channel.
Your only option is to create a SceneGraph (SDK) channel that uses your DP feed file.
FREE Windows desktop software for converting Direct Publisher channels to SceneGraph (SDK), for creating BIF (Trick Play) files, Roku (MRSS, JSON) feed files, and FireTV feed files @ GitHub/rrirower.

We'll generate you a free SDK if you just have your JSON feed.
Ask for Matt in the website chat if you need any help, I can get on a Zoom with you, if needed.
