Channel Poster Wont Upload

I have a 540 x 405 image file.  I've tried .jpg and .png and when I click save, the circle just spins.  Any advice?

clear your browsers temp files. reboot, or try using a different browser.. I often have had to switch from firefox to good ole Explorer to make things work, and when both fail before I clear caches or reboot I even stoop down and try microsoft edge... But never chrome, I hate chrome. I'd blowup the computer and buy a new one before using chrome!!

Re: Channel Poster Wont Upload

I've tried Chrome, Edge and Explorer.  I find it odd that Firefox would work when 3 other browsers don't, especially since all the other image files upload just fine.  I'll install firefox.

Re: Channel Poster Wont Upload

"Figured out"....  It was my laptop, must of been a setting on my internet filter software.  Used a different laptop and I was able to upload a channel poster.

User error (as usual!)

Re: Channel Poster Wont Upload

Your best bet when developing software is to disable the security filters on your computer. I've found they hurt alot more then they help. Of course turning it all back on before "playing" on the internet, lol. Also using Firefox instead of the other major ones has been my common practice since windows 3.1.. It's alot more stable then chrome, IE and that new excuse for a browser MS put out last year..
