My videos are no longer updating from OTTfeed, and when I checked my channel on Roku, I noticed that one video had an improper tag which I fixed, and the categories was completely failing not allowing me to update the channel at all. I went, saw the custom tags selected but removed them. Now I can't add any back. It's like Roku is not communicating with OTTfeed at all now. I feel like others are having a similar issue but I cannot find any help or any steps that was provided that indicated any help whatsoever. This is incredibly frustrating.
I contacted OTTfeed. They reached out to Roku and they are apparently aware of this issue and is working on solving it. Apparently a bug is going on that broke this between the Roku and OTTfeed.
We added a new domain to the content feed, this will fix the Roku category issue.
