Have a query regarding Roku pay flow. I have 2 plans for the channel, annual and monthly. I have already subscribed to annual plan. when i try to downgrade, I get an error "No overlapped subscription found for DOWNGRADE" with error code 006.
Could you let me know what may be going wrong?
@leo9 We need more information? What channel are you asking about? Are you subscribed through Roku pay for both the annual and monthly subscriptions?
@HDMIGuy I am testing a channel and I have added a test user in the developer dashboard. I have added 2 items to the product group Annual and Monthly. I am able to subscribe an annual plan via Roku Pay and after that, if I try to downgrade/subscribe to a Monthly plan i get the error "No overlapped subscription found for DOWNGRADE"
In the setOrder function, i am specifying the option 'downgrade' before calling the doOrder function.
So, wanted to understand reason for this error.
