It appears that ratings information is not available in the channel store since around July 2022. Ratings & ratings counts have been frozen for older apps, and they just plain don't exist for newer apps. Is this a bug?
One could assume this also has implications for channel recommendations & which channels get downloaded & subsequently used; would you download an unrated app?
Apps from popular developers, even Roku itself showing 0 ratings:

The below plot, grouped by created date, shows the # of apps created vs apps that have any amount of reviews / ratings. Nothing since July 26th 2022. Is this the new normal, or a bug?
Any insight roku team?

Take this further example of the MTV app; ratings counts are frozen here at 23707, as they have been since July. Again, new apps released since then have NO ratings information.
