I’m having the same issue from today’s payment. I’m about $3,000 short on USD. This happens every month and they will not return my emails. Today is Oct, 30, 2024. Last years taxes were even showing I made way more than deposits into my bank account.
I’m seriously considering a taking this to court.
Did you get the USD payment? I got all but USD.
I’ve notice hundreds of transactions disappearing from the logs though. Customer success does not respond after months. They close your account if you sue.
My USD was $99 bucks. They are literally scamming all their developers. Think of the money take off top and then scam off back end. This is a serious crime.
Did they ever correct your amount and pay you or did you have to eat it? $3,000 is a lot of money they shorted me this month and I won’t be able to pay my bills for licensing titles, streaming and storage services. This really put me in a huge bind.
I don’t even get a tax document anymore. Logs disappear like crazy but i have the originals. Partner success merges tickets that are unrelated and my inquiries go unanswered for months, literally. I’ve been a dev for awhile so I emailed actual Roku employees and they got pissed I did that and told me to wait and to stay in my lane.
They stopped paying me for about 5 months in total. They did send something eventually but it was not the actual amount they owed.
If they paid me correctly it would be around $6,000 a month. I’m lucky to get half of that. I’ve been with them for the past 7 years. This started happening slowly around a year ago, a few hundred missing here and there. Now it’s close to a grand a month they short me. They never respond to my emails. I get an automated response saying it has been combined with the former ticket number. This is the biggest short I have ever gotten… $3,000. That’s a house payment and more. I’m serious sick to my stomach.
I’m so sorry. Hoping we get a USD mass pay correction. Sometimes payments come pretty late, I think it’s one person doing this so as long as they see the mistake before close of day maybe they’ll fix it.. hoping
ive been where you are, sorry. Try to float until they pay you again if you can. If it’s not today will most likely be next end of month.
Just sent a message to accounting to let them know USD was missed for me. Now they know.
